We’ve combined two of the luckiest fruits together and shaped the traditional Taiwanese pineapple cake speciality into mandarins, exchanged in Southern China because of the similarity between the words 柑 (“mandarin”) and 金 (“gold”).  Pineapples also symbolise prosperity in South East Asian Hokkien culture. Our in-house made mandarin-shaped pineapple cakes feature a crumbly cookie casing, filled with fresh pineapple and are entirely vegan.

Each pack includes 2 Mandarin pineapple cakes.

Ingredients: Fresh Pineapple, Maltose, Sugar, Glutinous Rice Flour, Cake Flour, Icing Sugar, Vegan butter, Oat Milk, Matcha powder.
